The Chief Medical Director, University of Abuja Teaching Hospital, Professor Bissallah Ekele says the re-accreditation going on in the various departments of the hospital was an opportunity for Management to improve on service delivery to all classes of clients.
He stated this while receiving a three-man team of the National Post Graduate Medical College of Nigeria on a re-accreditation visit to the Department of Radiology. He said such a periodic visit was essential for institutional self- valuation and filling of identified gaps for enhanced healthcare delivery.
Professor Ekele thanked the College for accepting to undertake the exercise which he said was also critical to the training of post graduate medical doctors.
