How we handle complaints

Our SERVICOM team will promptly investigate all complaints and respond as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the complaint and the need for further investigation, the department may provide you with a written response.

Unresolved complaints

If you are unsatisfied with the resolution of a case involving harm or physical injury, you may call us on +234 704 004 561 for a review.


Our goal is to provide supportive health care.

We want to know if you are not satisfied with our service(s) or if you feel like you have been denied any of your patient rights. You can be assured that any complaint or concern will not compromise your treatment.
